In 1976, there was an outbreak of H1N1 swine flu. A vaccination campaign followed that led to 32 deaths. 500 people who took the vaccine later suffered from Guillain-Barre syndrome and many more suffered other neurological injuries. The vaccine campaign was halted in America.
Pfizer and the FDA wanted the Covid vaccine data to be kept confidential for 75 years. In January of this year, a Federal judge in Texas, ordered the Food and Drug Administration to produce 55,000 documents, every 30 days, beginning on the first of March.
Pfizer is one of the largest pharmaceutical corporations in the world. The company was founded in 1849 by Charles Pfizer and Charles Erhart, it was established in New York and operates within 180 countries.
Since 2003, Pfizer has been criminally fined £7.5 billion for bribery, fraud and miss promotion offences. The Pfizer vaccine was approved for emergency use in the U.K in 2020.
In 2004, Pfizer withdrew Bextra from the market after pleading guilty to misbranding this specified painkiller.
An out of court agreement with the US department of justice, a Pfizer subsidiary, Pharmacia & Upjohn, is paying a record-breaking criminal fine of $1.3bn, and $1bn in civil settlements to Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health insurance schemes to reimburse proper prescriptions.
Pfizer stated:
‘An expected rate of Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease is difficult to establish so a meaningful observed / expected analysis cannot be conducted at this point based on available data. The feasibility of conducting such an analysis will be re-evaluated on an ongoing basis as data on the virus grows and the vaccine safety data continues to accrue’
Since the first temporary authorisation for emergency supply, under Regulation 174 in the UK, on the 1st of December 2020, through to the 28th of February 2021, 138 people had reported adverse events that were markers of Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease.
Of the 138 cases, 71 were deemed ‘medically significant’ of which 8 were left with serious disabilities non-fatal, non-life-threatening hospitalisation was required for 16 cases of which 1 was left with serious disabilities. 17 cases were deemed life threatening of which 7 were deemed serious for hospitalisation, and 38 cases resulted in death.
At this point, the evidence was glaringly obvious. Why was this medical experiment allowed to continue after 38 deaths? After 32 deaths in 1976, The swine flu vaccine programme was terminated.
In 2009 Pfizer acquired major drug company Wyeth, which led to Pfizer facing a number of Protonix lawsuits, as Wyeth had been accused of marketing certain drugs for Unapproved Uses. In 2013, to stop the lawsuits from getting to court, they agreed to pay $55 million but they are still facing lawsuits for injuries caused by the specific medication.
Thalidomide
Sold under brand names Distaval, Tensival, Valgraine and Asmaval. Thalidomide was developed in the 1950s by the pharmaceutical company, Chemie Grunenthal GmbH. Originally, this drug was used as a sedative and a tranquilliser, but later became a drug used for treating colds, flu, nausea, and morning sickness in pregnant women. The drug caused serious disabilities in unborn children.
Many babies were born with deformities and birth defects.
Their advertisement claimed that,” Distaval can be given with complete safety to pregnant women and nursing mothers without adverse effect on mother or child”
As a result of the horrific side effects of the drug, the Yellow Card Scheme was established for doctors to record previously unknown side effects of medications they prescribed. The Scheme has now widened so anyone can report a side effect.
Due to the horrendous side effects, this later led to a Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme being implemented. Those severely disabled, injured, as a direct result of a vaccination against certain diseases, could be eligible for a one-off, tax-free, payment of £120,000.
Legal action can still be pursued after the payment for damages has been awarded. Certain benefits such as income support, personal independence payment, housing benefit, council tax reduction, can also be claimed.
In 1958, Pfizer was one of six companies accused by the Federal Trade commission of fixing prices on antibiotics. The company was also charged with making false statements to the U.S. Patent Office to obtain a patent on tetracycline.
In 1961 the Justice Department filed criminal antitrust charges against Pfizer, American Cyanamid, Bristol-Myers and top executives of the three companies. Two years later, the FTC ruled that the six companies named in its 1958 complaint had indeed conspired to fix prices on Tetracycline. The commission also found that ‘unclean hands and bad faith played a major role’ in the issuance of the Tetracycline patent to Pfizer.
In 1964, the FTC ordered the six companies to reset their prices and told Pfizer to grant a production licence for Tetracycline to any company that applied for it. In 1967, a federal jury found Pfizer, American Cyanamid and Bristol-Myers guilty of conspiring to control the production and distribution of restoration of trade, conspiracy to monopolise and actual monopoly. The companies were each fined the maximum of $150,000, but payment was delayed while they pursued an appeal.”
In 2003, Pfizer, was condemned for profiteering from its sales of AIDS drugs. Pfizer walked away from a licensing agreement for their drug Rescriptor that would have made it less expensive for poorer nations to acquire.
In 2004, Pfizer announced that it had reached a $60 million settlement in a class-action suit brought by users of Rezulin. The diabetes medication developed by Warner-Lambert, withdrew it from the market shortly before the company was acquired by Pfizer in 2004, the withdrawal came after scores of patients died from acute liver failure said to be caused by the drug.
Pfizer agreed to suspend television advertising for a related medication called Celebrex.
The following year, Pfizer admitted that a 1999 clinical trial found that elderly patients taking Celebrex had a greatly elevated risk of heart problems.
In 2011, due to the controversial Trovan drug trial, Pfizer was forced to pay compensation to the families of children killed during the drug trial in Nigeria. During the worst meningitis epidemic ever seen in Africa in 1996, Pfizer ran a trial of the drug Trovan. Five of the 100 children who received Trovan died.
The drug caused liver damage and lifelong disabilities in those who survived. Another group of 100 children were given the conventional ‘gold standard’ meningitis antibiotic as a ‘control’ group for comparison. Six children tragically died. The families of the children stated “ Pfizer had given them less than the recommended level of the conventional antibiotic” in order to make Trovan look more effective.”
In 2012, Pfizer paid around $1billion to settle lawsuits that claimed its prempro drug caused breast cancer in women. Prempro was an hormone replacement therapy used for treating symptoms of the menopause. The settlements took 6 years of legal trials and suffering for the women affected.
In 2013, Pfizer paid out $273 million to settle over 2,000 cases in the United States. It stop smoking treatment, Chantix, was accused of provoking suicidal and homicidal thoughts, self harm, and severe psychological disorders. –
In 2018, Pfizer reached an agreement with thousands of patients who took its depo-testosterone drug. Pfizer was sued due to the fact the medication increased the likelihood of numerous issues including heart attacks. The pay-out didn’t occur until 2020.
Pfizer, Making a killing
Pfizer accrued nearly $37 billion profit in 2021 from sales of its Covid vaccines. The pharmaceutical giant expects to make a record $98 billion in profits from its new Covid 19 drug, Paxlovid.
Pfizer paid $2,875,842.00 for their application to the FDA
During clinical trials of the Covid vaccine, in 6 months, 20 people died. When Pfizer applied for FDA approval, they were aware of 158,000 adverse reactions. They requested for the documents to be sealed for 75 years.
25,000 nervous system disorders, 17,000 musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders, 14,000 gastrointestinal disorders were reported following the vaccine. The extent of the adverse reactions are horrifying.
An 8 page section on adverse reactions of the recently released documents makes horrific reading. Link to the documents below.
