With the news of Swansea Wind Street getting 3 new rainbow crossings with no consultation with the residents of Wind Street, this has prompted some discussion between the residents and Swansea Council! What they don’t realise is this will affect people who are disabled – guide dogs struggle to recognise these crossings and they can cause arguments.
