A little birdie told me that someone got infected with Avian influenza A.K.A Bird flu. I had yet another Deja-Vu moment where I cannot help but think where will this lead and will end? As my confidence within our elected officials have dwindled to a complete zero.

Upon researching, the GOV.UK site, it read: “Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was suspected on 9 January 2022 in commercial poultry at a premises near Louth, East Lindsey, Lincolnshire. Following testing, highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed on 10 January 2022 and this premises becomes the second infected premises near Louth, East Lindsey, Lincolnshire.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) said on Thursday there had been a confirmed human case of avian influenza in southwest England, adding that the person had been in close contact with infected birds and there was no evidence of onward transmission

A 3km Protection Zone and 10km Surveillance Zone has been put in place around the premises. All poultry on the premises will be humanely culled.

“All contacts of the individual, including those who visited the premises, have been traced and there is no evidence of onward spread of the infection to anyone else. The individual is currently well and self-isolating. The risk to the wider public from avian flu continues to be very low.” For now!

We all know too well that the Main Stream Media can turn a molehill into a Mountain, creating panic where there’s none.
