Francis is an artist and writer who took to the streets in Oxford in April 2020 to run an information stall that became a hub of resistance to the lockdowns. He has since become known as the spokesman for the Yellow Boards outreach group in London.

Our Host V.o.W Silla and Francis discuss the herd mentality of so many will chose to listen to outside authority instead of family, friends and community. The Yellow Boards outreach programme has run since Covid with plenty of volunteers getting together on busy high roads and junctions weekly.
