“We are not the thought police”. Are the Chief Police Officers listening? The Chief Inspector in charge of carrying out inspections of all UK police forces is telling them to stop being politicians and concentrate on the job they are paid for. It’s time for Chief Constables to ditch woke policies and their obsession with virtual signalling, diversity and political correctness and get back to work. The changes are needed urgently as crime detections have fallen to their lowest level ever. The spotlight must now shine very brightly on the organisations that introduced the policies and procedures that caused these massive problems, the National Police Chief’s Council and College of Policing should be held accountable and reformed.
